So start STRONG, start super healthy

For 3 years now, 80% of my breakfasts consist of the same 4 things

1. Sauerkraut

Sounds harsh, … and it is.  But wakes me up and focuses me on the day

Why do I eat it?

Tim Ferriss describes the benefits he discovered in his research for the incredible book The 4 Hour Body ... "In the diets of near-disease-free indigenous communities around the globe it has been found that the one common element was fermented foods, which were consumed daily. Cultural mainstays varied but included cheese, Japanese natto, kefir, kimchi (also spelled "kimchee"), sauerkraut, and fermented fish. FERMENTED FOODS contain high levels of healthy bacteria and should be viewed as a mandatory piece of your dietary puzzle."

 2. Spinach

Three pinches.  No dressing, no croutons!  Does it taste good, not really, but it doesn’t taste bad.  It’s just plain.  And that makes the same beef and bean soup I'll have for the third day in a row sound Delicious!

3. Protein (30 grams) -

2-3 eggs or a chicken breast or a protein shake or some beans/nuts, something!  And eat right when you get up!  Within 30 minutes.

Don’t tell me you’re not hungry when you get up.  

That’s because you’re not eating in the morning!!!  

Your body is a wonderfully adaptive machine.  Soon you’ll wake up ready to eat!

4. And a big glass of water, always

Water is the key to ALL Life, including yours

That’s what MY Super-Healthy Morning looks like!

(One HINT: Plan your super-healthy morning the night before.  Groggy people like easy sugar, but they’ll eat Easy Healthy, if it’s there)

So give yourself the GIFT of Possibility!
